Q. How long does it take to build a house?
ANSWER - Once you are happy with your plans we draw up a contract and specifications and sit down with you to go through them and sign making sure you are happy with everything. Once you sign and pay the deposit we can then send away for soil testing and get your plans to council. This process can take 4-6 weeks. After we come out of council we like to start straight away and from here the build will take between 4 and 5 months.
